Job Title: Bridal Sales Associate
Reports To: Store Manager
Location: Ohio Bridal Outlet – Located at Destination Outlets in Jeffersonville, OH
Employment Type: Non-Exempt
FT Schedule: Available Saturdays and Sundays, plus 2–3 weekdays.
Position Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to each Bride-to-Be, ensuring they feel confident, celebrated, and supported throughout the process. This role requires excellent customer service, strong sales skills, and sharp attention to detail. Team Members must be self-motivated and confident, with a passion for creating memorable experiences and upholding the Luxe Brands standard of excellence.
Ohio Bridal Outlet is an off-the-rack bridal company within Luxe Brands and offers brides a designer gown at a heavily discounted price. We pride ourselves in providing the best and final possible discount on a wedding gown in a brick-and-mortar setting with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Hourly Compensation

Key Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional and personalized shopping experience, guiding brides in selecting their dream gown and accessories.
Maintain a thorough understanding of designers, collections, fabrics, fits, and alterations to confidently assist clients.
Work collaboratively with team members to support and maintain a positive work environment.
Assist with maintaining the store’s visual presentation, ensuring displays are appealing and align with brand standards.
Handle handwritten documents, phone calls, emails, and other correspondences to help our brides!
Be confident in working independently, as there may be times when you are the sole staff member in the store.
Address challenges with professionalism, providing solutions that enhance the brides experience.
Handle transactions, process orders, and assist with inventory management as needed.
Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays
Must be 18 years of age or older.
1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or soft-lines
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the office by scheduled shifts
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of Google Drive.
Experience with Apple products and macOS systems.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly goals.
