- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable activities.
- Support tax-related tasks by providing necessary documentation and information for audits.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and Timberscan for efficient processing of transactions.
- Report to Controller for reporting and if need of assistance.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed to support overall financial operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an accounts payable or accounting role is preferred.
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and tax regulations is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
