You excel at engaging stakeholders across all levels of an organization, including technical staff, department leaders, finance teams, and executive decision-makers. What Does Your Day/Week Look Like?
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and prospect organizations within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), Nonprofit, and Government Contracting (GovCon) sectors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, business associations, community involvement, and outbound prospecting.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to identify business needs and technology challenges.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations that demonstrate the value of managed IT services and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Build relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, including IT, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and community business gatherings to expand brand awareness and develop new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline management.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals, KPIs, and business development objectives.
What Do You Need for This Amazing Opportunity?
- Minimum of 3 years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling technology solutions, managed services, IT services, or related business services preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability, initiative, and professionalism.
- Experience selling to AEC, Nonprofit, or GovCon organizations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
