Responsibilities
- Recruit continuously to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
- Develop and maintain a team of 21+ active cleaning professionals, with a focus on long-term growth.
- Conduct regular field coaching, quality inspections, and one-on-one performance reviews.
- Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and respect.
- Communicate company policies, expectations, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Administer payroll-related functions, PTO, promotions, raises, and employee recognition programs.
- Utilize HR and payroll software while improving processes through technology and automation.
- Partner with ownership to improve employee engagement, retention, and operational performance.
