Job Summary:

Our clinic offers generalized PT services to our community as well as highly specialized in a number of areas such as orthopedics, neuro, oncology and pelvic health. With private treatment rooms surrounding an open gym, this is an ideal location to provide PT care.
Experienced, motivated, and applicants with specialties in orthopedics, neuro, sports medicine, mobilization skills, and/or other subspecialty such as Pelvic Health (Men's and/or Woman's) please apply.
Job Description:
- Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
- Implements the treatment plan using appropriate modalities. Documents subjective, objective, and assessment findings and plans patient progress.
- Educates and counsels the patient and family/caregiver. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
- Supervises and delegates the care provided by physical therapy assistants according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Current licensure by Maine State Board of Examiners in Physical Therapy required.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Interest in working with other PTs to share and learn
- Ability to build and maintain positive and genuine client rapport
