The Shift Lead Manager at Marco's Pizza is a key member of the team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities:

• Shift Management:
• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company procedures.
• Open and close the store according to established protocols.
• Manage and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash management, including register operations and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
• Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Team Leadership:
• Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Motivate and encourage team members to achieve performance goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and address performance issues as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Resolve conflicts among team members.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all food products meet Marco's Pizza's quality standards.
• Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures.
• Administrative Duties:
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and timely.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Assist the manager in scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service Management, preferably in pizza.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain any required food handler certifications.
