The Autism Specialist will lead and conduct family-centered planning activities and provide multi-tiered positive behavior supports to registered individuals diagnosed with ASD, family members, caregivers, educators, and others significant to their lives. Supports are categorized into three tiers: Tier I services include general support that can be helpful to all individuals diagnosed with ASD, families or caregivers of those individuals, and those who provide education and support to increase their knowledge and understanding of ASD. Tier II services provide information and support to individuals, their families, educators, and community professionals.
