MassageLuXe – Ocoee is hiring a confident and dependable Front Desk Sales Associate to help guests feel welcome, select the right services, and get the most value from their wellness experience.

This position combines guest service, appointment coordination, and consultative sales. It is best suited for someone who enjoys talking with people, can confidently recommend products and services, and is motivated by measurable goals and additional earning opportunities.

This is not solely a receptionist position. Our front desk team directly contributes to membership growth, client retention, and the overall success of the spa.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and create a professional, positive first impression
• Learn about each guest’s needs and recommend appropriate services
• Explain membership options, current promotions, and retail products
• Enroll new members and help existing members maximize their benefits
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments
• Respond to phone calls, messages, and guest questions
• Follow up with prospective clients and previous guests
• Support individual and team sales and retention goals
• Maintain an organized, clean, and guest-ready front desk
• Assist with promotional events and community outreach

Successful team members are comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, recommending solutions, and inviting guests to become members. They are also reliable, organized, receptive to coaching, and committed to providing excellent service during every interaction.

You May Be a Strong Fit If You

• Have experience producing results in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, beauty, wellness, restaurants, call centers, or another customer-facing environment
• Communicate confidently in person and over the phone
• Enjoy working toward individual and team performance goals
• Can explain value without using high-pressure sales tactics
• Remain professional when handling questions, objections, or concerns
• Learn new services, promotions, and computer systems quickly
• Have consistent attendance and arrive ready to work
• Can work a combination of evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Spa experience is not required. Paid training on our services, memberships, and systems is provided.
