The Pre-Production Specialist is responsible for preparing commercial real estate marketing projects for production by coordinating property photography and creating foundational marketing assets. This role serves as the bridge between project kickoff and marketing production, ensuring every project begins with accurate, high-quality visuals and site graphics.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using AI-powered design tools alongside Adobe Illustrator to create professional aerial maps, site plans, and property graphics. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficiency, consistency, and institutional-quality marketing materials.

In-office position in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Map creation for various asset types
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to manage photo orders
• Edit property photos using Ai and Photoshop
• Manage queue of requests and maintain critical deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or within collaborative teams
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a Commercial Real Estate firm preferred
• Ability to be a strategic partner by recommending best practices to clients
