Job Title
AI Enablement & Deployment Analyst
Job Summary
The AI Enablement & Deployment Analyst is responsible for supporting the adoption, implementation, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful deployment of AI technologies that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive business value.
The analyst will identify AI use cases, coordinate deployment activities, support change management initiatives, develop user enablement programs, monitor AI performance, and ensure compliance with organizational governance and responsible AI standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI Deployment & Implementation
- Support the deployment of AI solutions, including generative AI, machine learning, automation, and intelligent assistant technologies.
- Coordinate implementation activities across business, IT, security, legal, and compliance teams.
- Assist in requirements gathering, solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollout activities.
- Monitor deployment milestones, risks, dependencies, and post-implementation performance.
AI Enablement & Adoption
- Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, communications, and workshops to support AI adoption.
- Promote AI literacy and best practices across functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity and process improvements.
- Support organizational change management efforts related to AI initiatives.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather and document business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
- Analyze user feedback and adoption metrics to recommend enhancements.
- Develop business cases and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Support adherence to Responsible AI principles, data privacy requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Assist in documenting AI models, workflows, controls, and deployment processes.
- Monitor compliance with organizational AI policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning for AI implementations.
Data & Performance Management
- Track AI adoption, utilization, and performance metrics.
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to communicate outcomes.
- Analyze KPIs to measure business impact and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for deployed AI solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business users regarding AI capabilities and deployment readiness.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI, project management, business analysis, or change management are preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technology deployment, digital transformation, AI adoption, or related fields.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or technology transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation platforms, or data analytics solutions preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, automation, and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI technologies, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or related platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
