What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and evaluating movement dysfunction with a skilled, practiced eye.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans — therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and targeted interventions that move patients toward real recovery.
- Guide and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, adjusting plans as their progress evolves.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and what to realistically expect from recovery.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to ensure every patient gets coordinated, seamless care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Kinnser EMR in compliance with regulatory standards.
What You Bring
- Current, valid Texas PT license.
- 1+ years of clinical PT experience — home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- A patient, encouraging communication style that puts people at ease in their own homes.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
- Familiarity with Kinnser EMR (a plus, not a dealbreaker).
