Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is expanding and seeking a detail‑driven, tech‑forward Marketing & Automation Administrator to anchor our marketing, reporting, and AI‑powered operational systems. This role is a central hub for our firm’s digital infrastructure - supporting marketing, intake, sales, events, and internal workflows.
You’ll work hands-on with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred), AI automation tools (Claude preferred), and other systems to keep campaigns, reporting, and operations running smoothly. Comfort with technology, problem‑solving, and cross‑department collaboration is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations, Coordination & Special Initiatives
- Support new marketing campaigns, workflow enhancements, and AI‑driven projects using Claude and related tools.
- Provide daily administrative and light IT support, including basic troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and helping the team keep systems stable and functional.
- Participate in recurring meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders focused on GoHighLevel and automation support.
Automation, Systems & Technical Support
- Help design, build, and maintain funnels, landing pages, and automated sequences within GoHighLevel.
- Use Claude / Claude Code to optimize workflows, draft internal communications, and assist with software‑related tasks.
- Test full workflows (forms, SMS, email, landing pages) to catch issues before they affect staff or clients.
- Support internal dashboards and AI tools used by leadership, intake, sales, and legal teams.
- Assist with CRM integrations, data migrations, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
Marketing, Reporting & Event Support
- Assist with Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) tracking, lead verification, and monthly performance reporting.
- Maintain accurate lead‑source tagging and campaign tracking across systems.
- Support weekly after‑hours networking events, including guest check‑ins, forms, review requests, follow‑up workflows, and ensuring smooth event operations.
- Help drive the firm’s Google review strategy through event support and follow‑up sequences.
- Review automated weekly and monthly reports for accuracy prior to leadership review.
- Maintain reporting templates year over year and safeguard data integrity across platforms.
- Validate and maintain clean, reliable data across all systems and reports.
Training & Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Occasionally assist with onboarding new intake staff by walking them through Google Sheets reports, internal tools, and department workflows.
- Coordinate with leadership, intake, sales, and legal teams on new automations, projects, and system updates.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks.
- High technical aptitude, especially with Canva, Claude, and GoHighLevel.
- Experience with other CRMs, automation platforms, or marketing systems is a plus.
- Comfort with general IT and administrative work: basic troubleshooting, navigating integrations, and working with support teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with strong data‑verification and quality‑assurance habits.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and support leadership initiatives.
- Availability to work after hours for scheduled firm events.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Clio Manage, Quo, and Clio Grow (training available if needed).
