About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within various healthcare settings across the United States. This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures to support treatment plans. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care and provide education. Ultimately, the LPN contributes to improving patient outcomes by maintaining accurate records and adhering to established healthcare protocols and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment within the United States.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing principles, patient care techniques, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
