Experience

- Supervising or team management experience within a landscape or construction environment.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance; irrigation management experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction projects and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong plant identification skills coupled with expertise in horticulture best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of supervising crews effectively.
