What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle, provide product information, build relationships, and guide guests through a positive buying experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Learn and present Nissan products, features, benefits, and vehicle options
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
- Listen to customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Work with sales managers and finance managers to help complete vehicle purchases
- Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, pricing, specials, and dealership processes
- Follow up with leads, appointments, sold customers, and service customers
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale
- Represent Joe Machens Nissan with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
