What You'll Earn
- $33.00–$44.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll help homeowners keep their electrical systems safe, reliable, and up to code by:
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying the root cause
- Repairing and replacing panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring
- Performing residential electrical service work with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Explaining findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
- Ensuring all work meets NEC requirements and local code standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential electrical service experience
- Current Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- High school diploma or GED
