Minimum Qualifications

A. Experience coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding programs
B. Experience with performance management programs and processes
C. Experience facilitating training presentations and/or providing coaching to teams
D. Experience maintaining confidential personnel records and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, records retention requirements, and HR policies
E. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and learning management systems preferred
F. Experience working in human resources within a community college, higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organization
G. One year of relevant full-time MCCCD experience during the previous two years
