Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload product from delivery trucks
- Transport materials o different locations within the facility
- Constant movement of material on pallets throughout the greenhouse
- Stack product in the correct locations, following inventory control instructions
- Update inventory activity, lists, records, and log all completed tasks
- Assist other departments as needed
- Assist with soil production
- Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ forklift experience
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Proficient in operating technical machinery and RF scanners
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior inventory experience
- Computer experience is a plus
Job Setting & Physical Demands
Employee must have the ability to life 35 pounds unaided, 50 pounds with assistance. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, however overtime and weekend work is required during peak seasons.
