- Performs adjustments and repairs on the utility systems such as 125# steam, air supply, swamp coolers, etc.
- Reads and understands blueprints
- Communicating all process inefficiencies, equipment malfunctions, safety concerns and GMP issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and applicable Line Lead
- Operate SAP computer system as well as other basic computer programs
- Performs accurate parts receiving, organization, use and allocation functions in SAP
- Accurately documents maintenance activities utilizing computer-based maintenance tracking system
- Report to management any conditions of practices that may adversely affect foods safety, food quality, or personal safety
- Must be able to work at heights using sufficient fall protection and/or fall prevention.
- Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:
- Food Processing preferred
- Military service in a technical rating, MOS, or AFSC
- Industrial Maintenance Trade School
- Formal work experience may be substituted with completion of a vocational/shop program and demonstrated aptitude.

- Certified Forklift and Scissor Lift Operator (or the ability to pass certification within 60 days of hire)
