POSITION SUMMARY:
Assistant coach will work closely with coaching staff to prepare the reserve team for the season. This position is time-bound with a defined start and end date. The start date for the job will be August 1 with an end date of May 30st. This job will have required hours to be on campus throughout the year.
- Oversees the conduct, discipline, and positive character of student –athletes by the guidelines and principles of
- MACU and the NAIA Champions of Character initiative.
- Coaches or directs players in techniques of game.
- Help plan and develop a recruitment plan; recruiting potential college athletics
- Supervise, conduct, and control all practice and training sessions.
- Lead and develop programs that will strengthen the character of the student athletics.
- Compose and compile all game statistics.
- Maintain a professional looking complex for recruits, visiting teams, students and alumni.
- Other duties may be assigned
