Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting plans.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in crane or boom truck operation from a recognized training program.
Experience working in construction, utilities, or industrial environments.
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
First aid and CPR certification.
