Office Coordinator
Duke Wright’s Midwest Communications is looking for an energetic, creative, passionate and engaging Office Coordinator to join our team in Fargo, ND.
There’s nothing quite like running the front of a radio station! People from all walks of life stop by MWC Advertising Fargo-Moorhead and we’re looking for our next great Office Coordinator to run the front desk, order supplies, work with deposits, and be the local HR liaison to our corporate office. In this position you will work with on-air talent, marketing, traffic, production, engineering and our amazing listeners & clients!
This position is Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm.
As our Office Coordinator, we will ask you to…
- Serve as the first point of contact for the station by welcoming guests, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain general office operations, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and front office organization
- Oversee office supply and breakroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist the sales and traffic departments with data entry and order processing
- Support the entry and management of advertising orders, including national and political campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist the Production Director with daily workflow and organization of commercial production
We are asking you to…
- Have experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with broadcast or production software is a plus
