To get there, we’re building a strong, dependable service team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and mentor repair technicians
- Help with scheduling of repairs and repair technicians
- Schedule and lead weekly meetings with technicians
- Assist with warranty calls and warranty determinations
- Conduct quarterly reviews on employee performance
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks and damage efficiently
- Read and execute work orders and scopes of work
- Complete job documentation, photos, and reports
- Install and repair shingles, flashing, and underlayment
- Work on various roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)
- Maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
40+ Hours a Week Plus on Call on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of roofing repair
- 2+ years of roof installation
- 2+ years of exteriors
- Residential and commercial experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and repair techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
