We are seeking a highly organized and operationally driven Brand Marketing Senior Specialist to help bring our brand strategy to life across national advertising and communications initiatives.
As MMNA continues to evolve its brand narrative across paid, owned, and earned channels, this role will serve as a critical link between creative strategy and flawless execution. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Role Summary:
The Sr. Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of MMNA's integrated advertising and communications plans across paid and owned channels.
This hands-on role serves as the operational hub for national campaigns, managing creative assets, coordinating internal approvals, overseeing project timelines, supporting budget administration, and ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate excels at connecting the dots across cross-functional stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can confidently manage competing priorities, and possess the judgment to make decisions independently while escalating issues appropriately.
As a Sr. Brand Marketing Specialist, You Will:
Campaign & Asset Management
- Coordinate and execute national advertising campaigns across paid digital, social, and broadcast.
- Manage campaign asset delivery timelines and ensure all creative materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain and organize MMNA's digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are properly cataloged, accessible, and current.
- Develop and manage asset distribution matrices for internal teams, dealers, vendors, and agency partners.
- Ensure creative assets are optimized and formatted appropriately across channel-specific requirements.
Brand Stewardship & Quality Control
- Support the review of creative deliverables to help ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and messaging frameworks.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies related to imagery, copy, pricing, disclaimers, typography, and brand voice before deployment.
- Provide informed feedback to agency partners while preserving the integrity of the brand narrative.
Project & Workflow Management
- Build, maintain, and optimize project plans and workflows within Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
- Track milestones, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Lead creative routing processes across Legal, Product, Compliance, Retail, and Executive stakeholders.
- Identify workflow efficiencies and implement process improvements that reduce approval cycle times and increase speed to market.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for agency production schedules, asset tracking, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with external creative, media, and production partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Escalate potential risks proactively and develop solutions before they impact campaign launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships across all MMNA teams..
- Establish consistent communication processes that improve visibility, alignment, and accountability.
- Partner with Retail Marketing to ensure national campaigns and dealer marketing efforts remain strategically aligned.

- Learn MMNA's brand standards, compliance requirements, campaign strategies, and marketing tools.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agency partners, and Retail Marketing teams.
- Own Tier 1 asset management, trafficking, creative routing, and approval tracking.
- Manage agency timelines and asset deliveries, proactively mitigating risks and delays.
- Ensure brand, legal, and messaging accuracy through rigorous quality control.
- Successfully deliver a national campaign with zero missed deadlines, implement one workflow improvement, and establish a recurring Tier 1/Tier 3 alignment process.
Year 1 Victory Lap
- Reduction in creative routing and approval cycle times through implementation of standardized project management workflows.
- 99%+ brand compliance rate across creative assets, messaging, and visual execution.
- 100% on-time campaign asset delivery against approved media schedules.
- High asset management accuracy, ensuring assets are organized, current, and easily accessible for internal and external teams.
- Budget tracking accuracy, including invoice reconciliation and approval management.
- Successful management of internal approval document preparation, meeting established timelines and approval requirements.
- Improved cross-functional alignment with Retail Marketing and other key business partners through established communication rhythms and shared planning processes.
- Implementation of process improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce campaign execution friction.

- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, campaign execution, or project management.
- Experience partnering with creative, media, production, or advertising agencies.
- Proven ability to support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing assets across digital, social, broadcast, CRM, or owned channels.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and execution skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Extra Horsepower (Profile Differentiators):
- Automotive marketing experience, preferably with Tier 1 national advertising.
- Agency-side experience managing creative operations and production workflows.
- Experience supporting product launches, major campaigns, or regional activations.
- Familiarity with DAM platforms

- Experience improving project management processes and workflow efficiency.
- Understanding of dealer marketing (Tier 3) and multi-channel asset distribution.

Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this position ranges between $70,000 to $80,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
