We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing mobile outpatient team in North Jersey.

Compensation & Schedule
- Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Mobile Outpatient & Day Habilitation centers.
- Location: Serving Bergen & Hudson Counties)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 a year (or $45 - $50/hr)
Schedule
- Average: 30 patient care hours/week
- Typical caseload: 5–7 patients/day
- Flexible route scheduling

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatment under supervision of a licensed PT
- Treat patients in homes, assisted living facilities, and senior communities
Focus on:

- Document patient progress accurately
- Communicate with therapists, caregivers, and families
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey PTA License
- Reliable transportation
