What You'll Own
You'll be responsible for building a world-class revenue organization that consistently turns pipeline into long-term customers.
First and foremost: play a major role in getting the company to the next stage in its evolution.
Own Moonshot's sales strategy end-to-end, from pipeline management to forecasting, execution, and revenue growth.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives, BDRs, and future sales leaders.
Recruit exceptional sales talent and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and operational rigor that allow the team to grow efficiently.
Personally support strategic deals, executive relationships, and enterprise negotiations when needed.
Who You Are
You're a builder first and a sales leader second. You've helped scale an early-stage B2B SaaS company and know how to create structure without slowing things down.
10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
Proven experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Experience selling complex software with ACVs in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
Excellent sales coach who develops people and raises the performance of the entire team.
Highly analytical and comfortable managing forecasting, pipeline, and sales KPIs.
