Position: Senior Process Engineer

Reports To: Engineering Manager

Location: Spartanburg, SC

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on Senior Process Engineer to lead high-impact manufacturing initiatives that shape the future of our operations. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will lead complex process improvement initiatives, support new product launches, optimize manufacturing systems, and champion Lean Manufacturing strategies that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across the organization.
