As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our company. You’ll assist customers with questions, schedule service appointments, and ensure a seamless, professional experience. You’ll play a key role in building customer relationships and upholding our company values of Servant Heart, Grit, Winning, Vision, and Consistency.
You will collaborate closely with dispatch, technicians, and leadership to ensure customer needs are handled promptly, accurately, and with care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Schedule service appointments and support dispatch operations.
- Perform marketing and sales functions to earn additional business.
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns.
- Maintain office services by organizing operations, procedures, and documentation.
- Prepare and review purchase orders and customer records.
- Follow up on open work orders, estimates, and customer inquiries.
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross‑training in related positions.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
- Typing skills a plus.

Pay Range & Scheduling
$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
This role is in‑office at our Huntsville, AL location.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating weekend shifts.
