As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our company. You’ll assist customers with questions, schedule service appointments, and ensure a seamless, professional experience. You will collaborate closely with dispatch, technicians, and leadership to ensure customer needs are handled promptly, accurately, and with care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Schedule service appointments and support dispatch operations.
- Perform marketing and sales functions to earn additional business.
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns.
- Maintain office services by organizing operations, procedures, and documentation.
- Prepare and review purchase orders and customer records.
- Follow up on open work orders, estimates, and customer inquiries.
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross‑training in related positions.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
