Manage onboarding and integration projects. Develop and maintain project plans.
Provide a detailed overview of projects for both clients and management, including project retrospectives to identify efficiency and transformation opportunities.
In collaboration with management and stakeholders, define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the initial and ongoing relationships with our clients. This function will draw heavily from knowledge of our product(s) and the use cases that the product solves for.
Set and clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion.
Plan execution strategy and schedule project meetings with key stakeholders, both internal and client, for continuous transparency.
Determine the content for status updates as well as frequency. Identify risk and mitigation paths.
Memorialize projects for ongoing relationships with clients and for Client Support teams.
Perform any other functions, including administrative activities, as required by management.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, applied within a Financial Institution for a minimum of 5 years
Knowledge of financial instruments and finance in general is mandatory, with a minimum of 5 years’ engagement within the financial industry
Knowledge of Single-Family-Offices, Hedge Funds, OCIO and Endowments business strategies & operational needs a plus
High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task at a project level, and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
Strong collaboration and organizational skills, and to foster the same within Client teams engaged within the program/project
Fast upskill capacity, for technical process and functional product capabilities
Highly goal oriented and outcome focused
