Requirements:What our Sales Representative - Beverage Position Entails:
- Aggressively target and pursue new accounts in the Dayton and Columbus markets
- Maintain current customers through account management
- Up-sell new products in existing accounts
- Travel throughout assigned territories to gain new business and visit existing customers to maintain customer relationships
- Participate in Product Training
- Confidently Cold and Warm Call leads tracking all contacts in the Company database
- Draft proposals and review them with appropriate managers
- Monitor prospects and their development
What We Are Looking for:
- Track record of successful territory sales or management experience in a bar/restaurant setting
- Outgoing Personality/ Great Communication Skills
- Ability to work as a Self-Starter and participate in a Team environment within various departments
- Computer knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Strong professional communication skills in English - verbal, written, and listening
- Providing reports as required
- Attending and participating in sales meetings
- Communicating effectively with management
- Clean driving record and proof of sufficient insurance
We Offer a Competitive Base Salary plus unlimited Commission, Sales Incentives, Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Medical/Dental Insurance, Company paid Life, Short-term and Long-term disability, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and a 401K with company match.
