WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Inside Sales Manager – Fluid Conveyance, you will develop and grow relationships with small and medium-sized OEM customers through proactive account management, inbound and outbound sales activity, and technical sales support. This role is office- or remote-based and focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized OEM accounts through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and CRM activity
- Identify new business through prospecting and digital tools like HubSpot. Maintain consistent outreach to prospective customers
- Partner with customer service teams, engineers, and Interpump Companies to deliver world-class customer support and technical solutions
- Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and support customers throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs within assigned accounts and industries
- Utilize company software, sales tools, and CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and customer information
- Represent the company and brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
- Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated success in sales or customer-facing sales support role
- Demonstrated mechanical or electrical experience
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts remotely
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
