Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in business development and strategic planning initiatives.
- Travel to client and project sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of engineering experience within the Transmission & Distribution industry.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience leading T&D engineering projects.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
- Working knowledge of overhead transmission design and construction practices.
- Familiarity with NESC and applicable utility industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PE license and/or PMP certification are preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
