Overview
NCC is looking for an entry-level Recruiter who will source, screen, and recruit candidates for funded and proposal positions and conduct full-cycle recruitments. The recruiter will develop strong pipelines of candidates for future opportunities and maintain a vast network of candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct all phases of the recruitment process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, etc.
- Post job ads internally and externally
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements
- Identify and implement effective and efficient recruiting strategies based on the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with human resource staff during the pre-boarding and onboarding process
- Conduct new hire and 90-day check-ins
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of successful sourcing and/or recruiting experience
- Previous experience recruiting for professional services or government contracting roles
- Demonstrated experience with various applicant tracking systems
- Ability to pivot quickly when project scopes and/or funding priorities shift
- Working knowledge of EEO regulations to ensure a compliance hiring process
- Strong candidate sourcing skills
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for various proposal and funded positions within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00
