Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the financial health of assigned projects, ensuring profitability while meeting contractual obligations.
- Oversee project progress, proactively identifying potential roadblocks, delays, or issues; implement immediate corrective actions accordingly.
- Proficiently manage subcontract and client monthly pay applications, subcontract amendments, and necessary written notifications governing the work.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while cultivating and maintaining client relationships; ensure timely responses to urgent situations.
- Track and manage labor, equipment, and material costs associated with ongoing projects.
- Lead and supervise the Superintendents, holding accountable for overall performance.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to determine proper manpower and schedules for upcoming projects.
- Prepare accurate monthly billings based upon current job completion status.
- Complete monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reporting.
- Lead, manage, exhibit, and hold accountable to the core values of Dedicated, Integrity, Pursuit of Excellence, and Team Player.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Prior commercial and/or retail painting experience
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across the U.S.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team player
- Proficiency with construction management software (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Eclipse, and/or Procore experience is a plus)
