Position Summary
As a Construction Loan Process Administrator, you will process construction loan draw requests, update and distribute reports, and provide construction loan policy updates. You will also approve pre-construction worksheets, provide subdivision lot pay-off terms and assist lenders with construction training. Additionally, you will provide coordination between lenders, the credit department, the loan services department, and managers.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Relevant banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with previous construction loan administration experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations to determine the best course of action for completing quality control processes.
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with internal customers and other bank resources.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with urgency and accuracy.
