NFL Media is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the Product Operations team, supporting NFL International, League, and Clubs digital content publishing initiatives. This role will focus primarily on web-based projects, mobile apps, content operations, and service implementations across NFL.com and related platforms.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, content, marketing, and design.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager for Product Operations and plays a key role in delivering high-quality digital experiences to NFL fans around the world.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager of Product Operations in developing and implementing content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Work with the international team to ensure that our global initiatives are aligned and accessible throughout all the territories.
- Work with the events, club business development, sponsorship, marketing, community, and social responsibility teams to execute league-wide events and initiatives.
- Manage and support content workflows including creation, editing, publishing, archiving, and regular content updates within a CMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, design, and development—to ensure content aligns with strategic goals
- Help maintain content calendars, schedules, and production timelines
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness
- Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines
- Create, edit, and manage web content, including copy and imagery
- Upload, resize, and optimize images and video assets for digital platforms
- Ensure consistent application of NFL brand standards across all digital/web elements
- Oversee and execute A/B testing for content optimization
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices and apply them to content operations
- Coordinate and track web-based projects and service implementations on NFL.com
- Document and communicate requirements clearly with internal teams and vendors
- Support project delivery through active coordination and follow-through on timelines and deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with computing, internet usage, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO best practices, web accessibility standards, and data privacy regulations
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other online page editors
- Must be able to work onsite in the office—remote work is not available for this position
- Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and take initiative
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using a content management system (CMS) for web publishing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, and take initiative
