What You'll Do
As a trusted partner to school and district leaders, you'll build meaningful relationships, identify opportunities to support student success, and guide organizations through successful implementation of our SEL solutions.
In this role, you will:
Develop and manage relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners throughout Texas.
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning.
Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies.
Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and leverage Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals while advancing the Harmony Academy mission.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience selling educational programs, edtech solutions, or related services.
Experience implementing educational programs and delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with education leaders.
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
Experience selling and implementing Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum or programs.
Experience working with large school districts and multi-site implementations.
Existing relationships within the Texas K-12 education community.
Location & Travel
Remote position

Frequent travel throughout the region required

Salary Range: $63,020 – $86,020 annually

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
