We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to join our team! The Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for handling inbound requests, calendar scheduling, and CRM management. We are seeking a highly motivated, ethical, team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients/borrowers, collecting information and documentation, answering questions, and providing updates.
- Accurately collect and process loan application documentation such as credit checks, appraisals, and other third-party verifications.
- Review mortgage loan applications, required documentation and AUS findings necessary for the pre-approval process.
- Go the “extra mile” to build relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
- Manage CRM database by maintaining accurate and complete notes in client records, effectively working follow-up tasks and ensuring client data, status, communications and the status of leads are accurately documented.

- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
