This position in collaboration with the CFO is responsible for the company's financial health. Oversee and direct NCHC’s financial operations and strategic plan, manage accounting and financial control functions, and establish a financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business. Coordinates and facilitates revenue cycle financial controls and accounts management of the various systems and processes including management of various insurance plans, checkouts of encounters, billing and accounts receivable, maximizing cash flow into the organization. Ensures compliance with all prevailing legislation and regulatory requirements relating to regulatory authorities and third party payers including managed care organizations to ensure optimal collection of revenue.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, business or other related field
- Minimum five years’ experience in revenue cycle management in the healthcare field
- Demonstrated ability to proactively maximize business practices to optimize revenue collection
- Thorough knowledge of revenue cycle management and affecting legislation and regulatory requirements in healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare finance and accounting practices
- Proficiency in IT systems and other technology that support revenue cycle management
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to input data on a computer terminal in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
