- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills for data management and reporting

- Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling techniques and phone etiquette
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and identifying opportunities for growth
- Previous experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and call center software is preferred
