- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, including fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is a plus.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
