• Full Time or PRN: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Active PA RN License Required

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team. If you're a strong clinical leader who thrives in long-term care and wants a schedule that works around your life — this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for direct care staff throughout your shift

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing coordination and daily operations

• Provide direct patient care when necessary or assigned

• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of care standards are maintained at all times

• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment across all departments

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania — no exceptions

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative care setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead calmly under pressure

Strongly Preferred:

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience in LTC or SNF setting

• Familiarity with MDS, care planning, and regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing environment

• Ability to serve as a stable, consistent presence for staff and residents
