INTRODUCTION
Install, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot wireless equipment and Cisco CSR routers at customer sites according to engineering and manufacturer standards. Provide on-site field support for wireless network deployments, including equipment installation, testing, integration, commissioning, and issue resolution. Support LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, EVDO, and transport/backhaul technologies, including T1, ATM, and microwave connectivity. Collaborate with R&D, RF Engineering, Core Networking, Transport, Program Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful network deployment and customer satisfaction. Maintain installation documentation, manage RMA tracking, perform equipment testing, and provide peer training while adhering to quality and safety standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of wireless telecommunications field experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with base station equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
