Auto Body Shop Estimator
About Us: We are an Independent, Family-Owned Auto Bodyshop Shop in Charles County, MD looking for an Enthusiastic and Great Bodyshop Estimator/Assistant Manager to join our team! We are an innovative and fast-growing family business in the automotive industry with multiple locations. We have an exciting business plan to continue growth in both the auto repair and collision repair industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cheerful and excellent customer service to all current and potential customers
• Educate customers in the collision repair process
• Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner
• Manage parts ordering process
• Tracking the repair status of customer vehicles
• Manage pick up and drop off times with customers
• Process paperwork with insurance companies
• Be the liaison between the customer and the body technician
• Invoicing and answering phones
• Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Auto Body Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Estimating knowledge/experience a must!
• Bodyshop Management system experience, CCC1 preferred
• Communicate well with employees and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
