- Complete all supervisory functions for Children and Families staff including but not limited to: recruitment and selection, training, scheduling, providing direction, delegating assignments, performance evaluation, receiving and addressing employee feedback, and addressing performance concerns
- Collaborate with Director of Operations, Clinical Director, and Human Resources to develop and enforce policies, procedures and protocols that protect the health and safety of clients and assure client needs are met
- Regularly facilitate staff meetings, clinical supervision and individual supervision
- Apply for, manage, and administer the School Linked Mental Health Grant. Continually search for additional grant funding sources
- Manage Children and Families program budgets including but not limited to: expenses, revenues, grant funds, and contracts
- Maintain contracts and certifications through DHS, including proactively writing and collaborating on any relative grants, RFP’s, etc., as applicable
- Monitor and support individual staff productivity goals by setting clear expectations, regularly reviewing performance, and providing coaching as needed. Clearly communicate team and individual goals, actively engage staff in their goals, encouraging a shared commitment to achieving outcomes
- Routinely monitor staff/client schedules and caseloads for efficiency, as well as regular reporting and monitoring of incomplete documentation and billing, according to NPMHC standards
- Ensure appropriate documentation for clients is completed within necessary timelines, including by not limited to progress notes, evaluations, assessments, consents, treatment plans, crisis plans, and screenings
- Train members of the team and other staff within the agency on processes required by policies, procedures, etc., as relevant to the program
- Coordinate and facilitate supervision with division leaders (i.e. site coordinators, clinical supervisors, etc.)
- In collaboration with the Director of Operations, meet with school contract holders annually to update and review services
- Manage daily operations of Children and Families program in compliance with all state and federal regulations including but not limited to: standards of care, licensing and insurance, keeping up with and incorporating all state and federal regulations that impact applicable programs
- Complete audits in collaboration with the Clinical Director to ensure program requirements are being met
- Monitor and evaluate client care to ensure treatment is carried out in accordance with agency philosophy and quality standards
- Maintain a small direct practice caseload
- This position may be filled by a mental health professional independently licensed in the state of Minnesota (i.e. LICSW, LMFT, LP, Psychiatric Nurse, LPCC)
- Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences
- Minimum two years’ supervised experience in the provision of mental health services
- Leadership experience in a not-for-profit setting is preferred
- Certification to provide Board Approved Clinical Supervision in respective licensure is preferred
- This is a Full-time position typically working daytime, weekday hours. Working nights, weekends and extended hours may be required
- Travel is a function of this position; a valid driver's license is required
- Wage Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, considerate of credentials and experience
