Sales experience is preferred, background in the automotive and trucking industry is also preferred, customer service mindset is key! Applicants will be responsible for customer sales and service. Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers as they enter the store.
- Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
- Efficiently building estimates for required repairs.
- Providing the customers with solutions instantly.
- Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
- Tasking technicians with required repairs.
- Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference.
- Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the times.
- Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
- Adhering to the standards of the organization.
- Performing daily inspection of store.
- Reporting to the Store Manager.
