- Intervene and de-escalate interpersonal disagreements and negative behavior by promoting calm, empathetic, and just mediation
- Support with the collection of youth-development-based surveys, reports, and stories
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to participate in indoor and outdoor activities, including, but not limited to, bending, lifting, walking,
- standing in water, boating, and being close to reptiles, amphibians, insects, and poultry
- Fluent in Spanish and English preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn
- One year of collective experience serving in summer camps, youth recreation, school-based programs, or related fields
- High School Diploma or GED required - college-level degree or certificate in related field preferred
