Starting Pay and Compensation:
- Base weekly pay plus bonus
- For hours over 27 billable hours weekly: $30 bonus per hour
- For billable hours beyond 32 weekly: $40.00 bonus per hour
- Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication.

Requirements: We welcome all candidates who align with the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or,
- Registered nurse; or,
- High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers
