Nurtury is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead our Learning Lab in Jamaica Plain. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with EEC and accreditation standards, guide staff development, and build strong partnerships with families.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff
- Maintain compliance, quality standards, and smooth operations
- Support curriculum planning and program improvement
- Oversee enrollment, schedules, budgets, and center needs
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community

You:
- Are EEC Director II certified (required)
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in EEC or related field
- Are experienced with 3–5+ years in early childhood program leadership
- Are strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building
- Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices
