HR COORDINATOR-JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Process new hire, employee status change, and separation documentation.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee information.
- Ensure HR records remain accurate, organized, and confidential.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Paycom and Timberline are used within the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Construction or skilled trades industry experience
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
